About the Company
Client Objective
The founders of InSemi were seeking a strategic exit and were looking to align with a buyer that could integrate InSemi’s capabilities into a larger digital or semiconductor platform.
Xpertiz Mandate
Xpertiz was brought on as the exclusive investment banker to advise on the end-to-end transaction, including strategic valuation, buyer identification and outreach, due diligence management, deal structuring, and negotiation support.
Challenges Faced
1. Building investment readiness from the ground up — strengthening market visibility, standardizing financials, and crafting a buyer-facing positioning.
2. Articulation of core IP value and highlight relevance and strategic synergies for each individual buyer.
3. Shape a compelling growth narrative and establish relevant benchmarks to unlock full valuation potential.
4. Alignment of Internal processes and data infrastructure for institutional diligence.
