Narayanrao Karanam, an MBA graduate and accomplished professional, brings over 20 years of expertise in both the banking and real estate sectors. Previously, he served as Senior Director at Quikr Realty, overseeing the residential vertical in South India. Quikr Realty, formerly known as HDFC Realty, specialized in structuring investment transactions tailored to the unique needs of high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNIs). He has joined us as Director of Strategy, with a proven track record of leadership and diverse roles, and he is poised to drive our strategic objectives forward at Xpertiz.

At Xpertiz, she is responsible for new client acquisitions and building the prospects funnel through strategic discussions. My entrepreneurial journey also includes diversifying into the EPC sector for Solar Photovoltaic plants, having worked with top companies like Renew Power, Mahindra Susten, and Trina Solar. Currently, I’m focusing on marketing Atmospheric Water Generators (AWGs) for Vayujal Technologies Pvt Ltd, aiming to provide cost-effective solutions for potable water using solarized AWGs across India.
